Sponsorship and donations guidelines
Queensland Motorways is committed to engaging in sponsorships and making donations that enhance the communities in which we operate, generate awareness of the benefits of the Gateway and Logan motorways and enhance our corporate and go via brands.
Queensland Motorways will consider sponsorship and donation requests that demonstrate a benefit in at least one of the following categories:
- road safety
- environmental responsibility
- community involvement
- transportation research
- health and welfare
- education and youth development
- cultural enhancement.
Written applications should be limited to two pages and include the following information:
- concise description of the opportunity including:
- who will benefit
- the funding or assistance requested
- how the funding or assistance will be used
- the timeframe
- a brief history of the event or activity
- potential benefits to Queensland Motorways and plans for promoting the partnership
- any exclusivity arrangements that might apply
- management structure and office bearers within the organisation applying for funding
- taxation status
- contact details (phone, address and email) for further information
- Preference will be given to applications which demonstrate a positive contribution to the
- communities surrounding the Gateway or Logan motorways.

Applications may take up to four weeks to assess. Every request is assessed individually and each applicant will be advised in writing of the outcome of their application.
Queensland Motorways receives many applications for funding and we are able to fund only a small proportion of requests.
