From 4.30pm, Wednesday 15 June 2011, to 10.00pm Thursday 16 June 2011 we encountered major difficulties with our phone lines and go via website due to issues experienced by our external service provider. If you attempted to make a go via payment during the above period and were unable to do so, no additional fees will apply.
We apologise for any inconvenience you may have experienced. Our go via phone lines and website are now operating as normal.
