Queensland Motorways wishes to advise customers of the change to the go via Terms and Conditions in clause 12.5 - enquiries, complaints and disputes:
12.5.4 - We are committed to resolving customer concerns as quickly and efficiently as possible. To lodge a complaint about Queensland Motorways or go via please contact us. If you are still dissatisfied with the outcome of the complaint, you can contact the Tolling Customer Ombudsman at tollingombudsman.com.au.
