We have a toll compliance process in place and endeavour to be fair and reasonable. If motorists do not pay their toll within three days of travel, the toll compliance process will begin.
If you have a go via account please ensure:
- Your vehicle and contact details are up-to-date.
- If you have a go viatag, ensure it is always in your vehicle when you travel under a toll point. If it is not, a $0.42 video matching fee per toll point will apply.
- You have credit on your account -
- if your go viatag has made four beeps, this means your account is in debit and the toll compliance process will begin
- you can sign up for an automatic top-up online to ensure your account is always in credit. We recommend you make the switch today and manage your account online
If you believe that you had credit on your go via account at the time of the trip and a notice was issued in error, contact us on 13 33 31 or email enquiries@govia.com.au as soon as possible to prevent any further action being taken.
